This Tender is to establish a Single Supplier Framework for the Ongoing Supply of Bulk Gases, Tank Rentals Maintenance and Associated Equipment, however future purchases for these requirements may be taken up by any of CPI's existing and future sites throughout the duration of the Framework.",

The current storage tanks, pipework, telemetry systems, and associated control equipment are specifically designed to operate with the incumbent's supply arrangements. The costs associated with replacing this infrastructure would be significant and would outweigh any potential savings that could be achieved through a competitive tender process. Changing supplier would introduce operational disruption and potential risks to continuity of supply during the transition period.",
