Work is required across the United Kingdom, supporting projects throughout Yorkshire Water’s asset and investment lifecycle.

This procurement has reached tender: Yorkshire Water invited offers using an open Competitive Flexible Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023. It is a closed framework with up to 10 participants, using direct awards, taxi-rank allocation and mini-competitions. Tenders must be submitted electronically through SAP Ariba by 12 October 2026 at 12:00 BST; the evaluation and award period is due to end on 12 February 2027 at 23:59 UTC. The total estimated value is £31,000,000. Lot 1 is valued at £17,460,000, while Lots 2 and 3 are each valued at £6,770,000. The opportunity suits planning consultancies and multidisciplinary infrastructure advisers with strong capability in planning, consenting and development services. Relevant experience includes preparing and supporting planning applications, development consent and regulatory permissions; developing consenting strategies; coordinating environmental matters; managing stakeholder and statutory consultee engagement; and providing development management through feasibility, delivery, construction support and post-consent stages. Suppliers should be able to support complex water, wastewater, environmental and major infrastructure programmes, manage planning and consenting risks, maintain regulatory compliance and help projects progress efficiently. The framework is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises. It will favour organisations able to provide flexible specialist support across varied projects and to compete for work through direct awards, taxi-rank allocation or mini-competitions.
