The requirement is divided into paired regional lots. The A lots cover regular inspections of empty homes, maintenance, management of defects and ad hoc repair or refurbishment work, including work in occupied properties where required. The B lots cover sparkle cleaning of empty homes, showhomes and marketing suites. This is a services procurement covering building maintenance, refurbishment and cleaning. Clarion intends to establish a panel of contractors able to deliver work across the relevant region under measured-term arrangements, with instructions issued as required and on a monthly or fortnightly basis. The procurement has reached tender: Clarion invited offers through an open procedure, with electronic submission allowed in English.
