## Summary

FCDO Services is procuring specialist explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) services for Sennelager Training Area in Germany. This opportunity suits an accredited EOD organisation with established capability in UXO identification, threat assessment, safe handling and disposal across a military training environment. Bidders need personnel qualified to recognised EOD standards appropriate to the ordnance category and threat profile encountered; CMD-qualified personnel alone do not meet the requirement. Strong candidates will therefore have relevant military or defence-sector experience, the technical competence and operational capacity to manage legacy munitions, and robust safety, risk-control and reporting arrangements. Suppliers must be able to deliver work in Germany and demonstrate the economic and technical qualifications required for the relevant framework and tender process.

## Notice

The contracted Supplier is invited to submit a proposal in accordance with the 02 DIO/SEN/1054/SOR to provide EOD Services on Sennelager Training Area, summarised as follows: * The Contractor shall be a suitably accredited Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) organisation competent in the identification, assessment, safe handling, and disposal of UXO, including legacy munitions dating from the Second World War and later periods, across STA. * The Contractor shall provide personnel qualified to recognised EOD standards appropriate to the ordnance category and threat profile encountered. CMD-qualified personnel alone are not sufficient to meet this requirement. * The Contractor shall deliver the services in a manner that reduces UXO risks to As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP), supports safe continuation of training, protects the public, and preserves MOD reputation (Ref A and Ref D; Host Nation equivalents as applicable).
