The possible award structures are: 1. Single supplier award of all courses: UK Power Networks reserves to award the contract to a single supplier where that supplier submits the Most Advantageous Tender and demonstrates the capability, capacity and commercial competitiveness to deliver the full scope of services under the scope of work. 2. Multiple supplier award of all courses: UK Power Networks reserves the right to appoint more than one supplier under this procurement (based on Most Advantageous Tender). The suppliers will be ranked in accordance with their final evaluation scores. The highest-ranked supplier will be designated as the Primary Supplier and the Second-ranked Supplier will be designated as the Secondary Supplier. Orders will be placed with the Primary Supplier. Orders will be placed with Secondary Supplier only if the Primary Supplier is not able to deliver the requirement (for the reasons of lead time, capacity, availability, delivery constraints, or learner requirements). Appointment as a Primary or Secondary Supplier does not guarantee any minimum volume or value of work. 3. Multiple supplier award by course: UK Power Networks reserves the right to award the contract to multiple suppliers by individual course, or course group, (for example by Health and Safety, NEBOSH, City and Guilds or Supported Studies), delivery method or any combination thereof. Where UK Power Networks determines that this approach provides the Most Advantageous Tender outcome, suppliers may be awarded responsibility for specific elements of the requirement based on their evaluated scores, demonstrated capability, technical suitability, availability, quality of delivery model and commercial offering. UK Power Networks may also apply a Primary and Secondary Supplier approach for each course, course group, training category or delivery method. Under this approach, the highest-ranked supplier for the relevant course type or category may be designated as the Primary Supplier and the next highest-ranked supplier may be designated as the Secondary Supplier. Orders will be placed with the Primary Supplier for the relevant course type or category; however, UK Power Networks may place orders with the Secondary Supplier where the Primary Supplier is unable to meet the requirement, including due to lead time, capacity, availability, delivery constraints, or learner requirements. UK Power Networks is not obliged to award all courses or training categories to a single supplier and reserves the right to allocate specific elements of the requirements to the supplier or suppliers that provide the strongest overall outcome for those services.
