It should also enable clinicians to spend more time focusing on the patient, while maintaining high standards of clinical safety, transparency, and documentation quality. The solution must support use across a range of real-world clinical environments, including inpatient wards, outpatient clinics, and community settings, where factors such as background noise, shared spaces, and variable connectivity may impact performance. The solution must also support consultations involving third parties (e.g. carers, family members, or interpreters), ensuring accurate capture, speaker differentiation, and appropriate inclusion within the output. The contract will be for 2 years with optional extensions for two more years. The procurement will be undertaken using the Artificial Intelligence Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) RM6200.
