The ZCA is a key tool for 'driving a pipeline of viable and investible decarbonisation projects' in the Mayor's Reducing Non-Residential Emissions (RNRE) programme. It is the GLA's main way of strengthening demand for various green finance and grant opportunities. This Call-Off Contract value for provision of ZCA services to the GLA from the single supplier framework will be PS5,000,000 (exclusive of VAT) over two years. This contract has the potential to extend in sector focus and duration, subject to meeting the programme outcomes and further GLA approvals.
