## Summary

The Royal Borough of Greenwich is planning metalwork works for its social housing stock, communal areas, estates and associated buildings. ## Notice

The Contractor shall provide responsive repairs, minor works, fabrication, installation, maintenance, and replacement of metalwork components across the Client's social housing stock, communal areas, estates, and associated buildings.

### Planning Information

The Council intends to undertake preliminary market engagement in relation to the proposed procurement. The Council intends to contact relevant suppliers to invite expressions of interest and obtain information regarding supplier interest and market capacity.
The engagement will not form part of the subsequent tender evaluation and participation in the market engagement will not be a condition of participation in the subsequent procurement. The Council currently intends to conduct the subsequent procurement using the Open Procedure.
