The work will develop an enhanced visualisation capability showing EMP results more clearly and linking them to live Defence Infrastructure Organisation datasets. It is intended to provide a stronger baseline view for establishments and improve the quality and interpretation of future EMP updates. The planned development will also explore improved connections with Estate Lens and the eventual creation of a field tool for capturing live building-condition data. This is a digital and data-focused service within real-estate management and software development, to be delivered for the Defence Infrastructure Organisation across its establishments. The procurement is classified as development services for real estate (CPV 70110000). This procurement is at the planning stage: the buyer has announced an intention to procure, but has not yet issued an invitation to tender. It is planned as a single lot under the light-touch services regime, with the lot marked as suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises. The buyer has identified the requirement as suitable for SMEs, so smaller specialist firms with appropriate delivery capacity may wish to prepare. ## Notice 1. DIO is developing an enhanced visualisation software regarding all extant EMPs. The aim is to develop a view of the results of an EMP in a more visual way and connect the EMP with live DIO datasets. The TLBs are supportive, as this will enable a digital capability to support future updates of EMPs. It will also increase efficiency by providing an enhanced baseline view for all Establishments and improve the quality and understanding (interpretation) of future EMPs. 2. This project now requires further development into a business-as-usual software methodology for delivering the visualisation of EMPs. This will include exploring enhanced data connections with the Estate Lens and the eventual development of a field tool to capture live data around building condition.
