The intended service would use artificial intelligence to improve the efficiency, quality, consistency and scalability of developing products and assessments. The requirement may include AI-enabled products, assessment development services, delivery models, implementation support and consultancy. Relevant work spans software programming, systems and technical consultancy, systems consultancy, and technical training. The service is expected to support CITB’s activities in the UK, with the buyer based in Peterborough. This is a service requirement rather than a supply of physical goods or construction works, and the eventual specification will be shaped through engagement with suppliers before procurement begins. This procurement is at the planning stage and is not yet an invitation to tender.
