The framework covers 11 service areas: multi-discipline design teams and combined construction consultancy; architect-led multi-discipline design; building surveying; structural and civil engineering; mechanical and electrical engineering; quantity surveying; fire engineering; clerk of works or supervision; move management and space planning; asbestos surveying; and environmental or sustainability consultancy.
