The Authority has its own Waste Transfer Station, located at Warley Depot, Brentwood, CM13 3BH. Kerbside collected recyclables from households are delivered to this depot and are currently transferred to individual re-processors in their separate material streams.: - PAPER AND CARDBOARD (currently collected loose from reusable sacks) - 2307 tonnes collected in 2025/2026 - CANS AND PLASTICS (currently collected loose from reusable sacks) - 808 tonnes collected in 2025/2026 - MIXED GLASS (currently collected separately from boxes) - 1592 tonnes collected in 2025/2026 (Collections take place on alternate weeks)",
