The requirement is a full turnkey solution covering all services needed to deliver the accommodation, rather than the supply of prefabricated units alone. The work is categorised as construction of prefabricated buildings and is intended for a prison environment. HMP Castle Huntly is the delivery site. The Scottish Prison Service is the buying organisation and is acting through the Government Commercial Agency’s Offsite Construction Solutions framework, specifically its Justice (3D Turnkey Solutions) arrangement. Suppliers should therefore be able to provide, or coordinate, the complete design-and-build service for modular custodial accommodation at this site. SPS has opted to utilise the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) (formally known as Crown Commercial Services CCS) Offsite Construction Solutions (RM6184) Framework Agreement Lot 4.1: Justice (3D Turnkey Solutions) as the preferred route to market. ### Lot Information Lot 1 SPS has now issued an Expression of Interest (EOI) via the Public Contracts Scotland Tender (PCS-T) Portal. EOI responses are welcomed from all named Framework Contractors under Lot 4.1 Justice (3D Turnkey Solutions) on the GCA Offsite Construction Solutions (RM6184) Framework Agreement.
