It will also be a condition of contract that Tenderers comply with Inverclyde Council's Specification(s), Terms and Conditions of Contract, Contract Information for Tenderers, Evaluation and Award Criteria Documents, Scottish Government's Population Health Directorate, Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and Disclosure Scotland requirements and enter into a Data Sharing Agreement with Inverclyde Council.
