We are looking for a suitable building contractor to commence works in late 2026/early 2027 (note this is subject to a slight change) and this is with adequate contractor lead-in period of 10 weeks, North Wales Police are relocating their recycling centre, extending the current archive store and refurbishing the current archive store at Force Headquarters in Colwyn Bay. The bill of quantities, schedule of work and all the relevant drawings will be uploaded onto the portal along with the vetting definition compliance which needs to be reviewed thoroughly, signed and returned as part of the package submission.
