## Summary

UK Research & Innovation (UKRI) is seeking a single supplier for a closed framework agreement supplying food to the British Geological Survey (BGS) site at Nicker Hill, Keyworth, Nottingham. The requirement covers dry, tinned, chilled and frozen food products, classified as food, beverages, tobacco and related products (CPV 15000000). An annual blanket order will be issued to the framework supplier, with daily or weekly deliveries placed as required under call-off arrangements. The goods are for delivery to the BGS Keyworth site. Renewal: The framework Agreement duration shall be for a period of 2 years with optional extension of two further 12-month periods from commencement of the Agreement (2+2). The Price Schedule (Appendix B) shall remain firm and fixed for a minimum of 6-months (Mandatory) from the framework Agreement Commencement Date. - Thereafter prices may be subject to change in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
