It includes accessible appointments by telephone and face to face, taking account of shift work. The provider will deliver therapy for workplace-related mental health difficulties through a six-session model and for complex workplace trauma-related presentations through a 12-session model. Bidders should be able to provide both face-to-face and telephone appointments, including arrangements suitable for shift workers, and deliver structured six-session and 12-session interventions. Strong evidence will be needed of appropriate professional skills and standards, relevant qualifications and accreditations, and experience delivering similar services.
