Bridgend County Borough Council is completing Pre-Market Engagement for the Provision of a Home Delivery Service for Eco-Friendly Menstrual Products for Bridgend County Borough as the Authorities current contract has expired. This contract will run from 7th December 2026 until 31st March 2027 with the option to extend for up to a further 3 x 12-month periods dependent on Grant Funding. The purpose of this tender is to secure a contract with a single supplier to fulfil the delivery model of a subscription service which will be supported through the local authority’s Youth Development service to ensure that any learners identified will receive their menstrual products directly to their door. The aim of this project is to establish a subscription service that will remove any barriers to young females affected by period poverty.
