## Summary

Wigan Council is procuring refurbishment works for Leigh Market Hall in Leigh. The scheme covers construction and infrastructure improvements, including repairs and improvements to the roof, heating, lighting and ventilation. It also includes new public toilets, a new Albion Street entrance to improve the market’s visibility, and a flexible social space for events. ## Notice

Wigan Council would like to appoint a Contractor to carry out the refurbishment of Leigh Market Hall.
