The work will support the relocation of approximately 300 South Kilburn secure tenants from existing homes to new and existing properties under the South Kilburn Regeneration Scheme. The supplier will also provide removal and emergency removal services across the London Borough of Brent, with storage of household items required in some cases and advance notification from the council. As such London Borough of Brent would like to invite suppliers to a Market Engagement event to meet the Commissioners who will provide further information about the service. The Council will be embarking on a programme of household removal services of approximately three hundred South Kilburn secure tenants from their existing homes to new homes being built and other existing homes as part of the South Kilburn Regeneration Scheme. The Council will also require the supplier to provide a removal and emergency removal services for Brent Housing Management through the borough. Some storage of household items may be required, and prior notification will be given to the supplier.
