The Bounceback programme builds on the success of the previous intervention, evolving from a group-based model into a personalised one-to-one mentoring and reintegration service. Delivered by a dedicated male coach from Watford FC's Community Sports & Education Trust, the programme is designed to improve mental wellbeing, increase confidence, reduce barriers to engagement and support individuals to play a more active and positive role within their communities.
