## Summary

Newry, Mourne and Down District Council is seeking consultancy services to design, develop and deliver the PEACEPLUS Minority Community Integration Programme, “Colours of Asia”. The work will celebrate Holi, the Hindu Festival of Colours, through a structured programme of interactive workshops and celebration activities. Delivery will be carried out in partnership with the Indian community in the Crotlieve District Electoral Area, in Northern Ireland. The requirement sits across cultural and recreational services, education and training, and community, social and personal services. It is suited to organisations able to combine community engagement, cultural programming, consultation and event or workshop delivery in a way that supports minority community integration.
