## Summary

Test Valley Borough Council is procuring a design-led multi-disciplinary consultancy team, or consortium, for the regeneration of the area south of Romsey town centre. The appointed team will prepare the design specification and deliver the project through to RIBA Stage 7, covering the full design and delivery lifecycle. The requirement is for architectural and related professional services, with associated professional services available as options. The work will be delivered in the South of Romsey Town Centre area, in Hampshire. This opportunity is relevant to consultancies able to bring together design, landscape, project management and wider built-environment expertise for a complex town-centre regeneration scheme, including engagement with the site and local community.
