                "description": "The successful supplier appointed following the tender exercise, will be selected to deliver every Call-off from the Framework. The Framework Agreement duration is two years. All Prices are to remain fixed for the first two years of the contract. The proposed contract is to be let with an option to extend for a further 24 months from the actual end date. When the Framework has reached the two-year period the Council will determine whether to grant an additional year extension of the Framework and to the supplier who have been awarded a position on it. The decision to grant a further 24 months is entirely at the Councils discretion. If the Framework is extended the Council will re-run the Pricing Schedule, it should be noted that additional items may be added to the Pricing Schedules of the original tender to give the supplier the opportunity to submit fixed maximum rate costs for the further two year extension. All 'call-off' contracts will be based on the Terms and Conditions detailed in this Schedule and as set out in the Framework Agreement.",
