For frontline staff working offsite, the option is to join via mobile phone, and the Executive Committee want this option to remain. HSE requires a Call-Off managed conference service to deliver its Virtual Town Hall (VTH) Events. HSE requires a standalone call conferencing event provider to deliver this service, to enable HSE staff to dial in from anywhere using a mobile phone. HSE's Requirement is for a telephone hosted solution, that has an operator to manage the calls.
