The requirement covers hand tools, power tools, mechanical spares, electrical spares, lubricants and non-process chemicals, including associated items such as cables, batteries, gaskets, seals, pressure gauges and sensors. The main service is an Ariba-hosted catalogue accessed through Guided Buying, with an optional over-the-counter store card for urgent purchases while technicians are on the road. Catalogue orders must support delivery to Anglian Water sites, premises and technicians’ home addresses across the Anglian Water region. Any store card must provide detailed management information, while the catalogue solution must support swift, preferably next-day delivery.
