All activities must be planned for a live hospital environment, coordinating outages and access with Estates/ICT, and must comply with site rules, CDM, and applicable NHS W /BCUHB technical standards. The YGC contract comprises the refurbishment and redevelopment of the existing Education Centre footprint to provide a more coherent, functional and accessible education environment. The works include: * Reconfiguration and redevelopment of the existing Education Centre accommodation. * Decanting of rooms currently located within the education footprint to facilitate the proposed works. * Development of a new entrance to the Education Centre. * Improvements to the overall flow, layout and functionality of the education accommodation. * The scheme will provide an enhanced education environment capable of supporting the increased teaching and training requirements associated with the NWMS programme.
