The requirement covers eight regional lots: surveying in Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Dorset, and removal in the same four counties. Surveying includes building surveys and technical building inspections; removal covers asbestos-removal works and services. The framework is intended for use by public sector bodies across the South West, including housing associations and local authorities, which join through a membership arrangement.
