There was a fail to award on these sections Mindray's exclusive Distribution and Supply Agreement with MET Healthcare provides evidence that MET has exclusive rights as regards maintenance of Mindray equipment within Northern Ireland.[NB1.1] It has been confirmed by Baxter (the manufacturer[NB2.1]), that "MET Healthcare have been our sole Irish distributor of our Trumpf Medical Operating Room Tables & accessories, and Surgical Examination Lights, Pendants Supply Units & Video Solutions product portfolios" There is no alternative supplier as MET Healthcare Limited has been confirmed as the maintenance provider for both Mindray and Trumpf The proposed DAC duration is 5 years, with a maximum 4.5 year potential extension period.
