The contract will cover all relevant clinical waste streams, including hazardous clinical waste, offensive waste, infectious waste, sharps waste, and associated consumables where required. ### Lot Information Lot 1 Renewal: The initial term of the Contract will be for the period of four (4) years from commencement, but may be extended, by mutual agreement by two (2) increments of twelve (12) months to an expiry date no later than 30 November 2032.
