## Summary

Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) is procuring a cloud-hosted Customer Due Diligence platform for financial-crime and regulatory compliance across residents, applicants, leaseholders, business partners and other counterparties. The service must combine identity verification using documents and biometrics, including a resident self-service journey; politically exposed person and sanctions screening; company verification and screening; ongoing monitoring with alerts; case management; audit trails; reporting; and integration with NHG systems, including federated single sign-on. It will support activity across the United Kingdom, with NHG based in London. This is an information technology and data-management service, covering application hosting, data supply, analysis, database services and related integration. The platform will be used by NHG staff and external individuals and organisations undergoing checks.

The procurement has reached tender: NHG invited offers through an open procedure. Enquiries were due by 9 October 2026 at 12:00, and tender submissions by 19 October 2026 at 12:00. The evaluation decision was due by 4 January 2027. The estimated value is £550,000 excluding VAT, or £660,000 including VAT. The initial contract runs from 22 February 2027 to 21 February 2030, with NHG’s sole-option extension of up to two years, giving a maximum end date of 21 February 2032. There is one lot. Evaluation is 60% quality, comprising narrative and scored requirements, and 40% price based on whole-life cost over 60 months using year-one rates and published volumes. Electronic submission in English is allowed.

This opportunity suits suppliers of secure cloud-based identity, compliance and screening platforms, particularly those able to deliver one integrated service rather than separate tools. Strong candidates will provide document and biometric identity checks, self-service journeys, sanctions and politically exposed person screening, company verification, continuous monitoring, alert handling, case management, auditability, reporting and system integration. The service needs to support a substantial screened population, recurring checks and a sizeable internal user base, so suppliers should demonstrate reliable enterprise-scale processing, operational resilience and capacity for onboarding and retrospective screening. Required assurance includes ISO/IEC 27001 for the service, or Cyber Essentials Plus with equivalent independent assurance, and current UK Digital Identity and Attributes Trust Framework certification for relevant identity-service roles. Suppliers also need robust financial standing and substantial professional indemnity, cyber and public liability insurance. SMEs and VCSEs are expressly suitable.

## Notice

Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) is seeking a supplier for a cloud-hosted Customer Due Diligence platform to support its financial-crime and regulatory compliance obligations across residents, applicants, leaseholders, business partners and other counterparties. The platform must provide, as a single integrated service: identity verification (document and biometric, with a resident self-serve journey); politically exposed person and sanctions screening; company (KYB) verification and screening; ongoing monitoring of the screened population with alerting; case management, audit trail and reporting; and integration with NHG systems, including federated single sign-on. Indicative volumes: approximately 4,000 new individual checks and 120 company checks per year; a one-off retrospective screen of approximately 70,000 individuals and 750 companies at onboarding; ongoing monitoring of approximately 74,000 individuals and 870 companies; around 375 staff users. Volumes are given for pricing purposes and are not guaranteed. The contract is for an initial term of three years with extension at NHG's sole option by one or more periods of up to two years in total (maximum five years). Prices are fixed for the first contract year, with a single annual CPI-capped adjustment permitted at each anniversary; no other price adjustment or pass-through mechanism applies. Tenders will be evaluated on year-one rates over 60 months at the published volumes. Full requirements, including the mandatory pass/fail requirements and the scored requirements, are set out in the tender documents, which are available free of charge from publication.
