## Summary

Mosaic Schools Learning Trust is seeking an ICT managed service partner for its multi-academy trust of ten schools across Bromley and Kent. The service covers management of all ICT against agreed service levels, a year-round service desk with out-of-hours access, and suitable on-site staffing during term time. The partner will provide strategic ICT advice, design and manage infrastructure, connectivity, communications and security, and supply related goods and services. Responsibilities also include third-party management, monitoring, patching, performance reporting, technical and operational documentation, inventory and risk-register management, and support for technology and change projects. The single contract is valued at £3,000,000 excluding VAT, or £3,600,000 including VAT. The contract runs from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2032, with renewal available to 31 January 2033.

This opportunity suits an established managed service provider able to support education organisations across multiple schools and combine remote service delivery with local on-site coverage. Suppliers should be able to operate a service desk throughout the year, including out of hours, and demonstrate capacity to manage ICT infrastructure, local and wide-area networking, communications, security, monitoring, patching and technical documentation. The requirement also favours providers with strategic advisory, service-level management, reporting and third-party coordination capabilities. Relevant strengths include delivering infrastructure design and installation, technology upgrades, connectivity and security integration, change-management projects, staff training and digital skills support. A forward-looking partner able to drive innovation and align service targets with a growing trust’s objectives will be well placed. Our Trust has been established following a collaborative partnership between the two Trusts that has grown into a strong desire to combine our collective resources to continue to grow and to advance education for the public benefit. For more information, please visit https://www.mosaicschoolslearningtrust.org/ Procurement The ICT Support at the Trust is currently provided by a single outsourced support provider who provides a mix of scheduled onsite visits and remote support. As a result of a change in circumstances, the Trust is taking the opportunity to go to the market to identify the best innovative and forward-looking partner to support them in the delivery and development of their ICT provision over the next five years. This procurement includes (but may not be limited to) the items listed below. * A core managed service, covering management of all ICT against an agreed SLA * A Service Desk, available 52 weeks a year including out of hours access * On-Site local staffing covering (at a minimum) term time, which suppliers deem necessary to deliver the service and meet the SLA requirements * Strategic advice and direction to the Trust regarding ICT * Responsibility for design, specification, installation, and management of all ICT infrastructure * Supply of goods and services based on an agreed Best 3approach * Management of 3rd parties where relevant to the ICT support * Relevant monitoring, management, patching * Regular performance reporting * CPD and training - digital skills and curriculum as necessary * There is an expectation that the provider will support and/or drive innovation * Maintain technical documentation * Maintain operational documentation, for example inventory management and risk registers * Collective partnership targets aligned to the Trust's objectives * In Trust support for the integration and upgrade of the connectivity, communications and security infrastructure as required * Suppliers may be required to deliver a range of technology and change management projects in addition to the providing the core managed service.
