## Summary

Kingston University Higher Education Corporation is seeking a specialist contractor for servicing and maintaining its chiller, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment. ## Notice

Reactive Maintenance - a call-out service with on-site response in accordance with set priorities, including emergency out-of-hours provision, to investigate faults and issues, make safe or 'de-risk' and repair. Planned Maintenance and Minor Works - planned repair and remediation identified from PPM and reactive attendance, or upgrade, modification, installation and other assistance on request from the University. Asset and Condition Appraisal - annual verification and condition review of systems within contract scope, making recommendations regarding life cycle renewal and planned maintenance priorities.
