The contractor will provide technical expertise on the constructability, risks and opportunities associated with the three shortlisted station locations. Following completion of the ES2 review, a formal gateway approval process will determine whether the project progresses to Engineering Stage 3 (ES3). Subject to approval, the contract includes an option for the contractor to continue providing ECI services throughout the ES3 phase.",
