Community Support: A community development programme will be provided for Service Users. The Service provider will establish, facilitate and support self-help groups in North, South and Central Aberdeenshire.",

Ensuring that if any Service Users have difficulty in expressing their views, the Service Provider will make sure they have access to information to enable them to secure the services of an advocate to represent them. The Service Provider is under no obligation to find such representatives but will allow representatives to work with Service Users should this be their wish. Additional information: Aberdeenshire Council may require the service specification to be amended to meet its requirements over the duration of the contract; and in response to changes in legislation and statutory guidance or where outcomes demonstrate the benefits of an amendment or in the event of additional funding being made available for service development from other sources (including the Scottish Government).",
