## Summary

Surrey Heath Council is seeking consultancy services to assess existing Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) certificates and reports for its sites, identify where Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) exemptions are appropriate, prepare and submit exemption applications, and provide detailed designs for sites needing works to reach the required EPC rating. The requirement combines energy-efficiency advice with building mechanical and electrical design. Delivery is in Surrey Heath, Surrey. The work is suited to consultancies able to review building energy performance and progress exemption applications, as well as design firms with relevant building-services expertise.
