## Summary

West Midlands Employers (WME) is considering procuring a white-label jobs board platform to keep WMJobs running and support its future development. WMJobs is an established public sector recruitment service used by local authorities, education providers, emergency services, charities and other public and not-for-profit organisations across the West Midlands and beyond. The service publishes job advertisements and connects recruiting organisations with jobseekers. The platform would provide industry-specific jobs board software and associated software supply services (CPV 48100000). The service is based in the West Midlands and serves organisations beyond the region. The engagement is relevant to suppliers of white-label recruitment and jobs board platforms, particularly those with experience supporting public sector and not-for-profit recruitment across multiple organisations. WME is looking to understand supplier capability, delivery approaches, market readiness and how platforms could support the continued operation and future development of WMJobs. Suppliers with the capacity to serve a substantial established service may find the scale indicators useful: WMJobs currently supports approximately 3,600 recruiting organisations, publishes around 21,000 advertisements each year, attracts more than 334,000 unique visitors per month and has over 632,000 registered jobseeker accounts. West Midlands Employers is undertaking preliminary market engagement in relation to the potential procurement of a white-label jobs board platform to support the continued operation and future development of WMJobs. WMJobs is an established public sector job board operated by West Midlands Employers (WME). The service supports local authorities, education providers, emergency services, charities and other public sector and not-for-profit organisations across the West Midlands and beyond. To assist suppliers in understanding the scale of the service, WMJobs currently supports approximately 3,600 recruiting organisations, publishes around 21,000 job advertisements annually, attracts over 334,000 monthly unique visitors, and has more than 632,000 registered job seeker accounts. These figures are indicative only and are provided to support supplier understanding during this Preliminary Market Engagement exercise. WME is seeking early market input to help refine its requirements and understand available delivery models. The purpose of this engagement is to gather information regarding: * Supplier Capability and relevant experience * Potential delivery Approaches and Market readiness * Future development considerations The engagement is intended to support market understanding only and does not constitute a call for competition, invitation to tender, or commitment by WME to proceed with any procurement. Participation in this engagement will not give any supplier an advantage in any future procurement, and non-participation will not prevent a supplier from bidding should a procurement be launched. WME will manage the engagement in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023. Interested Organisations are invited to complete the accompanying supplier questionnaire.
