The aim is to increase recycling while meeting environmental and waste-management requirements. The work is divided into three geographical lots: Arfon, Dwyfor and Meirionnydd. Providers may bid for one, two or all three areas. Bidders can focus on one local area or cover multiple areas, depending on their operational footprint and capacity. ## Notice Cyngor Gwynedd is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the recycling and/or disposal of inert waste (Rubble) collected from Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs) located throughout Gwynedd. The purpose of this procurement is to appoint suitably qualified and licensed service providers capable of accepting, handling, transporting (where applicable), recycling and/or disposing of Inert waste Rubble in accordance with all applicable environmental legislation. The Authority wishes to maximise recycling performance whilst ensuring compliance with waste management regulations and delivering value for money.
