## Summary

Durham County Council established a Lift Fabrication Framework for lift control panels and equipment used in lift modernisation and repair work. The requirement covers the supply of control panels and associated equipment, alongside lift repair and maintenance services. The framework is for the council and may also be used by other contracting authorities in the North East that have entered into a procurement service-level agreement with Durham County Council.
