## Summary

Cheshire East Council is seeking a single contractor to construct a concrete wheeled sports facility at The Carrs park in Wilmslow. The work replaces the former steel wheeled sports facility, which was removed after inspection found it had reached the end of its life because of excessive corrosion. This is a construction works contract, with the contractor responsible for design as well as construction under a JCT Minor Works Contract with Contractor’s Design. The delivery site is The Carrs, Wilmslow, Cheshire. The facility is intended for wheeled sports and will restore this type of recreation provision at one of Wilmslow’s main open spaces.
