## Summary

Flagship Housing Limited is seeking a contractor to supply and install flooring in rooms identified on individual order forms and agreed with Hopestead. The work includes fitting carpet and vinyl, with suitable underlay, gripper rods and metal strips at doorways; trimming internal doors; vacuuming newly fitted carpets; and placing surplus flooring in cupboards or on shelves. The contractor must supervise the works. This is a flooring installation and floor-covering works contract, covering Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex and Hertfordshire. The requirements include both supply of materials and installation, rather than supply alone.
