## Summary

Buckinghamshire Council is planning a Healthy Workplaces: Employer Support Offer, a community health service for employers in Buckinghamshire. The proposed service is intended to support healthy workplaces; the Council is seeking supplier feedback on the draft specification, including the service scope and delivery model, to help shape a final specification and any later procurement.

This is a planning-stage Request for Information, not an invitation to tender or a commitment to procure or award a contract. The Council expects the service period to run from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2030. It planned to keep the RFI open until 15 October 2026 for suppliers to share views on the proposed requirements and market feasibility. This is market engagement rather than a bid deadline. No procurement procedure, award criteria or estimated contract value is set out here.

The proposed service may suit small and medium-sized businesses and voluntary, community and social enterprises, which the Council identifies as suitable suppliers. Suppliers with relevant community health or workplace wellbeing experience may find it useful to review the draft service specification and contribute practical feedback on the proposed scope, delivery model, requirements and market feasibility. This is a chance to inform the Council’s thinking while the service is being planned; it is not an opportunity to submit a tender. The Council says feedback will inform the final specification and any future procurement process. No particular accreditation, staffing level or delivery capacity is stated.

## Notice

Buckinghamshire Council is inviting potential suppliers to participate in a Request for Information (RFI) relating to the proposed Healthy Workplaces: Employer Support Offer. Suppliers are asked to review the draft service specification and provide feedback on the proposed scope, delivery model, requirements and market feasibility. The feedback received will be used to inform the final specification and any future procurement process. This is not a tender process. Participation in this RFI does not represent a commitment by the Council to proceed with a procurement or award a contract.
