## Summary

Cabot Learning Federation Multi Academy Trust is seeking an HR information system (HRIS) and a fully managed payroll service for its schools. The Trust expects suppliers to manage implementation, data migration, testing, go-live and ongoing service, while handling payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, business continuity, support queries and expansion as schools join. Bidders must demonstrate relevant technical experience through up to three contract examples from the education sector completed in the preceding three years; at least two must be sufficiently relevant to the requirement. Providers must show financial resilience, including audited or equivalent accounts for the previous two financial years, adequate resources, positive net assets and a turnover threshold. Required insurance includes employer’s and public liability cover, plus professional indemnity, product liability, and cyber and data protection cover. Current ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications, or recognised equivalents covering the proposed services, are required.
