The work is divided between two service areas and covers electrical responsive repairs; general responsive repairs and maintenance; roofing repairs and maintenance; scaffolding; and repairs and maintenance to empty properties between tenancies. The roofing work includes associated roofing trades, while empty-property work includes building completion, painting, glazing, floor and wall coverings, and carpentry.
