The Department of Finance (DoF) is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract with a Supplier to provide a new Land and Property Services (LPS) Ordnance Survey NI (OSNI) E-Commerce Solution, to include development, support and maintenance. The potential scale and scope of this service is such that it offers a significant opportunity to Suppliers. Prior to initiating the procurement, the DoF wishes to establish the level of market interest in participating in the procurement process * gain initial supplier awareness, engagement and opinion * gain insight into potential innovative solutions and possibilities for delivery * Understand risks and issues not previously considered * inform the Outline Business Case; and * inform any necessary Procurement Strategy.
