## Summary

LCRCA is looking to appoint an individual or consultancy to manage and deliver the following evaluations: Lot 1: Interim evaluation of the LYVA Labs project (phases 1 and 2) that received SIF investment. Lot 2: Interim evaluation of the Flexible Growth Fund project that received SIF investment. Lot 3: Final evaluation of the Baltic Ventures Tech Accelerator project that received SIF investment.
