Discussions were held with a small number of organisations possessing relevant technical knowledge, experience and expertise. The purpose of the engagement was to improve the Authority's understanding of the market, inform the development of the requirement, explore potential delivery approaches and assist in determining an appropriate procurement strategy. Participation in the engagement did not confer any advantage, preference or commitment in relation to any future procurement opportunity. No supplier was selected, shortlisted or otherwise favoured as a result of the engagement.
