### Procurement Information

In order to maintain the levels of service provision across the services and comply with legislation additional social care workers have been recruited via Agencies at short notice. The Scotland Excel framework does provide social care workers to Orkney however due to the limited availability of staff available the Authority has a continuing to recruit additional agency staff at short notice outwith the framework., whilst adhering to the Contract Standing Orders governance procedures.
