"description": "This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The award decision makers were - the NHS SY ICB Investment Prioritisation Sub-Committee.
The Chair declared that his practice currently holds the Initial Health Assessments for Looked After Children contract. It was noted that notice has been served on the contract and no personal or organisational benefit would arise from the discussion. The declaration was noted and no further action was required.
The key criteria were evaluated by a panel of NHS SY ICB colleagues. Organisations that had expressed an interest in this project were asked to submit responses to the following questions, the percentage weightings that were assigned to each question are also included below:

2. Mobilisation Plan 10%
3. Quality & Innovation 15%
4. Value 15%
5. Integration, Collaboration & Sustainability 15%
6. Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice 15%

The organisation with the highest score, after the evaluation and moderation are to be awarded the contract for this service.",
