The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. West Northamptonshire Council intends to follow the Most Suitable Provider Process and is of the view that it will be able to identify the most suitable provider for the services taking account of all relevant information available. The award decision-makers are Public Health Service Lead, West Northamptonshire Council Prior market engagement has already been undertaken to assess market capability and capacity for delivery of the service. Any information submitted in response to this notice will be considered alongside existing market intelligence, previous market engagement findings and evidence of provider capability.
